After breakfast we got a card and wrapping paper for a gift for our friend Bijan. I suggested pink and Rebecca rolled her eyes at me at first but than liked the idea after I suggested to pair the pink wrapping paper with purple and white polka dot ribbon.
We are gifting Bijan a large print and talked about how different it is to gift art. Not only do you need to pick something the person would like, but they also need to feel free to verbalize if they don't like it. The last thing you want to do to a friend is to molest them with your pictures. I tried to feel that out as good as I could upfront and I really hope he'll like what we picked.
Afterwards we got our car back from the repair shop where we had dropped it off two days ago. It's driving better now and I'm happy about that. But I'm really thinking about selling it again or trading it in for something new. Also, the car repair shop didn't leave the greatest impression this time.
