We had a beautiful sunny morning today with a lot of fog. I stopped the car to take a picture of a little tree growing out of a pond. It was covered with spiderwebs that were illuminated by the morning light. I couldn't get close enough for all the detail.
After I took the shot a gentleman came over and told me that he is so glad that someone noticed that scene and took a picture of it. He said that he looks at it almost every morning but could never get it because he always had to work and couldn't bring his camera. I should really have asked for his address so that I could have sent him a print if the shot comes out.
How could I not think about that?
