After ongoing problems with our studio rental ever since we got the space, we decided to terminate our lease today. I'm sad in many ways that this didn't work out as we had hoped but I'm glad at the same time that we decided to close this chapter quickly again, before we attach too much to the space or invest a substantial amount of money into it.
I'm learning to let things like this go. They usually just make room for something better.
