Today was what felt like the very first day of summer to me. It feels so good to have predictable weather again after so many years of perpetual spring and fall in Ireland. Seasons are something so foundational and I missed them dearly.
We decided to grill out and bought sausage, potato salad, baguette and a local IPA. We spent part of our afternoon on the deck listening to the ocean while we were soaking in the sun. What a wonderful day.
