Finally! We put our Christmas tree up today. Better late than never. I thought this year would be a bit more timely, but we ended up busier than I had anticipated. I really like how it looks.
I'm finally getting into a Christmas mood too. This seems to become harder each year and I wish it wasn't. I think it partly has to do with us having too many things on our plates after the move and not being around family leading up to Christmas this year. I miss seeing the excited eyes of little children, their fantasy and their undisturbed trust in everything magic being real.
