Nashville, TN, USA

We went to a pretty good bagel place for breakfast with the whole family and then to a mobile phone store to get a SIM card for one of our relatives. I'm really surprised how expensive mobile data usage is here compared to Europe. Americans probably have that the other way round with our gas prices. And honestly, I'd rather pay a little more for data usage than gas.

We passed a memorial cemetery on our way back and stopped the car for a moment. It made me so sad to see how many men lost their lives without a reason. The US seem very patriotic to me generally and people are very proud if their sons are in the military and serve their country. At least that's what a lot of bumper stickers suggest. I wonder if that's the same children that weren't allowed to walk to school when they were little and try to understand how that makes sense.
