We were in the car repair shop again today because our skid plate fell off. This is developing into a running gag it seems. After our car was fixed we went to Portland and got all of our Christmas shopping done. I think that's a record for us to do everything in one day. I'm looking forward to wrapping everything tomorrow.
Rebecca and I talked a lot about our anxieties in regards to the 365 project on the way back home. She is getting a little nervous right now and I encouraged her to not worry too much. The biggest lesson learned for me personally so far is to not make any attempts for a purposeful shot. Almost everything I've done up to this point came to me and not knowing what the next day will bring, and how today turned out, is the best and most enjoyable part for me. I guess this is all about being in control and letting go of it. And being ok with life not being perfect and pretty all the time.
