I took a picture of a man that always falls asleep over reading his book in the cafe this morning. I also did a lot of work for the 365 project today. The site is up and running now and I had the idea to offer small prints alongside the project in case someone following likes a particular shot. I would love to be able to purchase prints from more people, so I hope other people might feel the same.
I like the idea of making your work attainable for everybody who enjoys looking at it and I think it's a huge honor if somebody decides to purchase a print and hang it in their personal space. I get the idea behind limited edition prints, but I think that leads to some kind of elitism that I don't like. Art is something anyone should be able to enjoy and not just a few collectors. I feel the same about education.
